I was able to get a iMac 20" (either 08-09 model) and I'm basically just trying to get the operating system installed on it which it says it has El Capitan but it won't proceed any further since I can't gain access to the app store to get what I need. So I'm kind of doing the same thing myself and just hear me out when I say that I'm not that knowledgeable when it comes to anything Apple related. ![]()
